Our Role :

On achieving planning, we developed a detailed set of Employer’s Requirements for the proposed works. This included the development of a detailed risk register in order to provide clearly defined risk allocation and responsibility, This enabled us to negotiate a very competitive tender by minimising the perceived contractor risk.
